GTLE’s board of directors are the fiduciaries who guide the organization towards a sustainable future through sound governance, stewardship management policies, program evaluation, resource acquisition and management. Our board of directors are business and public health subject matter experts providing excellent program and fiscal guidance to the CEO.
Execute GTLE, Inc. operations in a reasonable, honest, fair, and informed manner. Provide financial stewardship by ensuring prudent use of all assets, including facility, people, and good will; and provide oversight for all activities that advance GTLE’s mission, effectiveness, and sustainability.
Make decisions in the best interest with undivided allegiance to GTLE, Inc. exercising good faith, avoiding conflict of interest, and not using their positions for self-interest.

Mr. Kyle L. Anderson is a seasoned business and digital health transformation leader with extensive experience in healthcare operations and multi-site clinical management. He brings a strong background in strategic partnerships, revenue optimization, and driving social impact through innovative business strategies. With advanced healthcare management and physiology degrees, Kyle is passionate about using his expertise to serve underserved communities and foster transformational change.
Reports to and works closely with the President to assist with his or her duties; acts as the President in his or her absence
Mrs. Ancey Anderson has a strong background in clinical practice, healthcare leadership, and mentoring. She has a proven track record of advocating for and improving the lives of underserved populations. Ancey’s work, including roles as Director of Nursing and Corporate Clinical Trainer, has been recognized for excellence, and she is passionate about using her skills to support charitable initiatives that serve those in the community who are in need. Ancey is an experienced nurse leader with a deep commitment to community service, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner at South University.
Sonjia Howard is a Licensed and Board Certified Advanced Clinical Social Worker by day. She is a retired CAPT of the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) after 12.5 years of service. Sonjia also served in the U.S. Army for 7.5 years. Her combined federal, state, and civil service/non-profit career spans over 25 years. Since retiring Sonjia has dedicated her time as a full-time sports fanatic, SuperFan, and entrepreneur.
